Our mining repair services at Gator Service Center are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. The products we offer may be relatively complex to operate and maintain. That's why we offer unwavering support through our trustworthy and comprehensive service.

Our repair services encompass a variety of popular brands, including Bitmain Antminer and MicroBT Whatsminer, both recognized industry leaders known for their effectiveness and efficiency in crypto mining. When it comes to assisting our customers, we spare no effort or expense. 

Our basic repairs include troubleshooting, diagnosis, and replacement of parts. We will promptly send you a test report via email within 1-7 days for your approval and resolve the issue once the customer approves the proposed repair. The entire repair process is typically completed within 1-3 weeks, depending on the number of units requiring attention.

Note: If you need more than 5 Asic chips, we will communicate with you to discuss the options and cost.

Warranty: 30 Days after customer receives the repaired unit.

Repair Process

  1. Send your miner to the Gator Service Center. 
  2. Our team will diagnose the miner(s) and provide a quote for repair by email. 
  3. The Customer is asked to review and approve the quote received. Once approval is received our team will proceed with the repair.  
  4. We will test the repair for a minimum period of 24 hrs.  
  5. Out team will send the final invoice, including shipping, for return.  
  6. The Customer will receive the repaired miner within 1-3 days. 
  7. Gator Service Center repairs come with a 30-day warranty which will start once the customer receives their equipment or the hosted miner starts hashing. 

Note: If a customer’s equipment stops working for any reason before the 30 day warranty expires, the customer can fill out a “Request a Repair” ticket and send back the equipment. Our team will fix it for free if the problem appears on the same repaired component. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees. If there is a new problem that is not on the same repaired component, a quote will be provided and treated as new repair. 

Warranty Repairs

Gator Service Center repairs come with a 30-day warranty which will start once the customer receives their equipment or the hosted miner starts hashing. 

If a customer's equipment stops working for any reason before the 30 day warranty expires, the customer can fill out a “Request a Repair” ticket and reference your previous repair. The customer can send back the equipment for further investigation. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
