Where will my miner be hosted?
We operate ASIC miner hosting sites exclusively in Manitoba.
Can I visit my miners?
No, visiting the hosting locations is not permitted for security reasons. This rule is in place to safeguard the integrity and security of your miners. However, we can send you an image of your miner upon request.
How will I be invoiced?
You will receive a monthly invoice by email for the upcoming month. Payment can be made via Credit Card.
What is the price of the security deposit?
The security deposit amount is equal to 3 hosting months.

What happens if my miner needs a repair?
We offer free repairs for 12 months. In the event of a necessary repair after the 12 month period, the site operator will conduct diagnostics and provide a repair work order for client approval. Once approved, the repair will be carried out within 5 days.
What is the minimum contract length?
Currently, we offer a minimum contract length of 24 months.
Can I bring my own miners?
We only accept new miners for the duration of the contract.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, there is a small fee of $40.00 CAD. This covers the cost of properly configuring your miner with your pool details, and the installation and power cord cost.
What does the all-in cost cover?
The all-inclusive cost covers everything necessary for the miners to be operational and maintained. Your hosting contract details any additional ad-hoc charges, such as repairs.
How do I calculate the “all in” monthly power cost?
Use the equation: kw x electric rate x 24 hours x 30 days. For example, the monthly cost for a single Antminer S19 XP 141 THs at a rate of 10.5 cents would be calculated as follows: 3.031kw x $0.105 cents x 24 hours x 30.5 days = $229.14 CAD.
How is the mining payout processed?
The payout of the mining harvest is automated and directed to a wallet chosen by the client. For security reasons, we do not retain the mined rewards in our wallets but instead, they are transferred directly from the pool into your designated wallet.
